About the Managing Director – Trevor Smith

Trevor has an extensive background working for the Australian Federal Government in Foreign Affairs, and was an Inspector for the Department of Defence, Senior HR and Board Member for the High Explosive Factory in the Department of Defence, and Registrar and Board Member in the Australian Counter Disaster College, Department of Defence. Trevor has worked in the private sectors of Foreign Affairs and has owned over 40 business operations in his lifetime, he is also currently a registered teacher in Victoria and New South Wales. He has taught throughout several schools as a teacher and continues to be a loved and valued member of his community.

Trevor holds five qualifications in: a Bachelor of Business, a Bachelor of Art – Social Sciences, a Graduate Diploma in Education Teaching, a Graduate Diploma in Education Careers, and a Masters in Business Administration.

“In all positions I saw many core issues plaguing organizations, workplaces, youth, people, homes, and society. It concerned me how such issues continued to grow unabated. Why have no academic, no government, or business leaders worldwide created a new system to deal with these issues? So, during my career journey, I undertook research and completed five university qualifications studying up to 13 various subjects to build that new world system” – Trevor Smith
