A New World System
What we Discovered:
A word from Trevor:
During my time through Foreign Affairs and educating youth as a teacher in schools across Victoria and New South Wales, I saw the education system did not always teach and relate to the real and current world we live in. It lacked nurturing the development of a wide range of skills and talents that we could be utilising to build strong individuals and communities. I was taught to explore and understand the world and how people interacted in it and strongly believe that everyone should also have access to these life teachings and valuable opportunities to develop real-life skills that will help them navigate and understand that there is so much more to life out there.
My research found several reasons why such widespread issues continued, and knowing there needed to be a new system developed:
- The learning systems taught at schools/colleges and universities, are often out of date yet leaders across all sectors still use those systems and are slow to accept change
- The education sector is still very heavily textbook focused and not putting in place well-structured learning practices to connect people to real world learnings and achieve real outcomes and results
- Organisations and governments do not understand how to achieve real outcomes in lifting people’s skills and talents as they lacked an understanding of how the whole world interconnects
- Government policies revolve around fiscal tightening, protectionism and globalisation and not putting the people in our communities and across the world first
- It is often seen that organisations across all sectors work in their own interests, and no worldwide process has been created to put the interest of all those involved first
- No current organisations use the world’s greatest thinkers, famous high achievers and key world organisations to come together as one and get involved in learning across all subjects, topics and issues.
Our Vision:
Our research recognised a new 21st century system was needed that focuses on the needs of people and organisations, to lift people of all ages, skills and talents to new heights, to a level not seen before. There needs to be a number of tools and components brought together to create a powerful dynamic system for any sector to create exciting new learning and business opportunities, growth, and inspiration.
We knew it had to be a process, as a process can cross all borders, all homes, all workplaces, schools, universities, businesses and communities at the same time. A process with attached products and services that are in demand. A process that is self-funding and profitable, that rewards involvement. A new way of learning, an improved business system that captures all markets, replacing current out-dated systems creating real life skills built using key “components,” when used together as one, a system that is the only one of its kind in the world.
Some of those key components include:
- We make our content come to life for all subjects. To be real, relevant, exciting, engaging and interactive;
- Our connections will bring together partnerships between world-famous, high-profile achievers and world recognised professional and ethical organisations in all fields, all subjects;
- We want to lift intellectual capital and intelligence, to ignite thinking and value knowledge and wisdom and change attitudes;
- Our programs and projects aim to impower individuals and lift their skills and talents to new heights;
- By involving universities, and schools/colleges in ethical programs and projects, we will create streams of revenues/monies for their own use and provide higher quality professional development and new exciting networks and relationships;
- We would like to achieve connecting corporations and businesses in genuine relationships with universities, and schools/colleges to a level not seen before;
